Our established Kitchen Team is supervised by Executive Chef Komnia Minkova. Her culinary excellence is the result of years of extensive training at some of the finest kitchens globally- from the Novotela Hotel in Athens to the luxurious Michelangelo Hotel in Sandton, Johannesburg.
