Contemporary African style and sustainability meets the essence of the traditional bush safari experience in our 10 Ila Luxury Tents. Built carefully around existing mature trees, the tents are mounted on raised decks made from environmentally friendly wood that extend over the Kafue River.

From the private outdoor lounge, step through the wooden doors into your canvas tent, which is furnished with local woods, soft textiles and modern fittings. All the tents feature en suite bathrooms, with Couples Tents having either an open-air shower or tub and Family Tents having an indoor bath and shower.

You don’t have to go far to experience the wonder of Kafue. Take a snooze in your hammock after the dawn game drive, have hippos serenade you during a starlit dinner on your wooden deck, and wake up to the morning light dancing on the river.
