Overview
Considered by many as the finest Villas on the East African Coast, Alfajiri Villas overlook the Indian Ocean and theirs elevated positions ensure privacy and stunning views. African Style villas where the theme is high Makuti roofs, ivory Danish floors, wooden beams, Lamu doors and impressive African and Far Eastern Artefacts. Most of the furniture is made on the property in the villa’s workshop. The gardens are meticulously maintained and include many palms from the villa’s nursery. Large verandas with huge hand carved sofas with cushions dominate the front of the villas where a stretch swimming pool sits on the edge of a small cliff merging into the sea and the horizon.
Alfajiri is a paradise for children
The Villa is owned and hosted by Fabrizio Molinaro and his wife Marika. The Molinaros have two young girls and the house has been designed with children in mind. Two ayahs (nannies), who both speak English, are available 24 hours a day.
Plenty of games are available as well as a TV and video if needed. Alfajiri is the perfect place for families with small children that are looking for a relaxing time and to have their children well looked after, all in absolute privacy.

CUISINE: Fresh seafood is brought daily to order from the beach and includes some of the best crab, prawns, lobster, octopus and sea fish available. The food at Alfajiri Cliff Villa is very light with a Mediterranean influence with oils, Parma ham and some cheeses are flown in weekly from Europe. The salads and fresh vegetables come daily from local farms and the fruit is hand-picked from trees and bushes around Diani. The Molinaro’s will adapt menus to suit their guests. A good choice of quality South African wines and from Chile are available.
GOLF: While staying with us you will enjoy unlimited golf inclusive of green fees and use of golf clubs. An 18 hole golf course seats ideally located less than two minutes away from Alfajiri Cliff Villa. This 18-hole championship golf course, home to the Diani Beach Masters, is recognized as one of the most exciting golf courses in East Africa. Fully irrigated fairways run through Palm, Cashew nut and Casuarinas Pine trees. The par 72 and 6084-meter course has 85 bunkers and a large lake, which guarantees a challenging and exciting game of Golf. The golf course also plays host to abundant bird-life and several species of monkey.
Cliff Villa
8 guests can be accommodated in 4 bedrooms all en-suite, dining room, kitchen, lounge and a large veranda over looking the Indian Ocean. All rooms are air conditioned with mosquito nets. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms. (2 double rooms + 1 twin room + 1 triple)
EXCLUSIVITY: Guests at Alfajiri Cliff Villa have exclusive use of the villa and the pool. No other guest, belonging to another group, will be booked at the same time.
Garden Villa
8 guests can be accommodated in 4 large luxuriously appointed double bedrooms each with their own large bathroom, all rooms overlook the Indian Ocean. The rooms are air-conditioned with split-level units and mosquito nets. All rooms have different interior decoration; the furniture and artefacts have been collected in different countries around the world.

Beach Villa
4 double bedrooms with their own bathroom. The 2 rooms on the ground floor are air-conditioned with split-level units and mosquito nets. The other 2 rooms have no air condition but have fan and mosquito net. All rooms have different interior decoration; the furniture and artefacts have been collected in different countries around the world. NO air condition.
